Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery.

Ascension is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
