Smooth and rich – closer to a good long black than a supermarket instant. The MCT oil gives it a velvety body. It isn't sweet, because there's no sugar and no sweetener in it, and it works with milk, without, hot or over ice.
It's freeze-dried, not a powdered blend, so it goes into hot water clean. Stir for about five seconds and there's no grit at the bottom and no film on top. It also shakes out fine in a bottle if you're taking it with you.
That's the point of the formula. Each serve carries 85mg of caffeine – about one standard cup – paired with 100mg of L-theanine, which smooths the caffeine curve. You get steady energy and focus instead of a spike and a crash.
