Ascension is coffee first. It's designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine – without adding complexity. Some of the functional ingredients are used individually in supplement form, but this is a coffee you drink like any other.
Stir one 5g serve into hot water – no machine or plunger needed. It works with or without milk, and mixes into a shaker for pre-training.

We combine 100mg of L-theanine with coffee to complement caffeine and support a more balanced approach to energy, attention and focus.

Caffeine & use
Each 5g serving contains approximately 85mg of caffeine.
Your ideal intake depends on your individual caffeine tolerance and any other caffeine you consume throughout the day.
For most people, 1–2 cups is all that's needed to make High Performance Coffee part of their daily routine.

High Performance Coffee is not batch tested against prohibited-substance standards for sport.
Our functional ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers with Certificates of Analysis for purity, but this does not replace sports-specific batch testing.
